But they kept us updated on their schedule and tentative start date for our project. And once we had a set start date they showed up as scheduled. Brett, the owner, and all his crew are hard working, knowledgeable and professional. Brett stayed in contact with us throughout the project and promptly responded to any questions or concerns we had. We were pleasantly surprised to discover how clean our home was once they had finished. We expected to spend a couple of days cleaning up before we could move back in. "We wanted to move washer and dryer from laundry room to garage and replace the water heater in a home we purchased in Green Valley. We interviewed several contractors and selected Brett and Madera Construction after getting bids from them. From our initial meeting and explanation to the completion of the project we were extremely satisfied with all aspects of the work done. Each phase was clearly explained and we were shown the work as it was completed. All of the crew also cleaned up after their work. Brett did the final painting and hooked up the washer and dryer. We had a slight glitch with the water softener and Brett came over on a Sunday to rectify it and doubled checked it Monday to make sure all was working. We also liked that Brett did make some personal connections with us regarding our love of sport teams and relocation from the upper Great Lakes. "We recently purchased a home in Green Valley and wanted to move our laundry facilities from the house to garage and have a new water heater installed. We interviewed a number of contractors and received bids on the job. We selected Brett and Madera Construction. From our first meeting when he explained what was going to be done and the expected time frame of each phase we were impressed by his professionalism and clarity. He also went out of his way to make some personal connections with us via the sports teams that we support even though we we rooting for the Cubs.

We set up a date approximately one month after we chose Madera Construction. Just prior to the start Brett called and we agreed to wait a day while he took care of some personal business.

Once the project started Brett was here each morning and his crew introduced themselves and explained what was being done. Each of his crew did an excellent job showed us the work and cleaned up after each phase. On the final day Brett finished the paint job and hooked up our new washer and dryer. We had a small glitch with our water softener and he came over on a Sunday to rectify it and doubled checked it on Monday to make sure all was working .

Brett's attention to detail and his personal service was greatly appreciated by us. The project was completed to our satisfaction and well within what we had budgeted.

We have done a number of wash loads without any problems and the water heater is working without a glitch.
